Before proceding to the registration area, please read these  instructions:

1 - Your athlete's must be categorized using a maximum total of 5 points. This pointage will caracterize the athlete's performance at a given event.

2 - These 5 points must be divided through three caracteristics: Strenght, Pushing and Balance (Ex: Strenght 1, Pushuing 3, Balance 1 / Strenhgt 2, Pushing 1, Balance 2). 

3 - Make sure that your athlete does not get more that a overall 5 points. All registrations above 5 points will be disregarded.

 

4 - Your athlete's bodyweight is important as it will be used to decide a champion, in case of equal lifting totals between two or more athletes. Make sure that your athlete's bodyweight is registered.

5 - The minimum bodyweight for any athlete is 45 kg, for men; 43 kg for women and 43 kgs for juniors. The bodyweight groups are: -45kgs; -60kgs; -75kgs; -90kgs and -105kgs, therefore you may register up to 5 athletes in each category (men, women and juniors)
